Unlike most Realtors, The Macchi Group has the ability to completely transform your home in order to attract more buyers. We do not hire a "Home Stager", we oversee or do all the work ourselves. This translates into more profit for our sellers with none of the stress. We can bring in our in-stock furniture, accessories, lamps, rugs and bedding or we will work with what you already have. In some cases, by simply rearranging your furniture, repurposing rooms, painting walls and cabinets we can transform your home from nice to amazing achieving a higher profit to you.

You might ask why is this necessary? Aren't homes selling regardless in this amazing seller's market? The answer is yes, but you may be leaving some serious money on the table. The majority of buyers cannot visualize what could be and will walk away from a property simply because a room is not being maximized or because they feel overwhelmed with the thought of removing wallpaper or painting. We take all the guesswork out of it so that buyers can visualize themselves living there, all at little or no cost to our sellers. What is the point of professional photos, video and 3D walk through tours if your house will appear unappealing to the buyers? Rarely is a house ready for photos as soon as we walk through the door. Sometimes it is just a matter of removing some of your personal items but if need be, we can take it to the next level quickly, cost effectively and efficiently. Our team consists of painters, carpenters, electricians, plumbers and movers that are all at our disposal.
