My journey into real estate began in 2001, following a rewarding decade-long career as an interior designer. Coming from a family deeply rooted in the construction industry, I’ve always had a passion for homes — from the way they’re built to how they make people feel. Transitioning into real estate was a natural evolution, allowing me to combine my design expertise with my commitment to helping clients find and create their ideal spaces.
With a discerning eye for detail and an organized, client-centered approach, I’ve built a business grounded in preparation, presentation, and performance. As Team Leader of The Macchi Group, I’m proud to work alongside a dedicated group of full-time real estate professionals, including a licensed transaction manager and administrative assistant. Together, we consistently rank within the top 2% of real estate teams in Massachusetts and earned the #9 position companywide among more than 4,500 agents and 140 offices across eight states. In 2023, our small team closed over 40 transactions totaling $43 million in sales, earning us a place in the William Raveis Platinum Club, an achievement that reflects our results-driven approach and commitment to excellence.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family — my husband of 38 years, our two adult children, daughter-in-law, four grandchildren, and our beloved Australian Labradoodle. I also love walking, gardening, decorating (and redecorating!) our home, and baking sourdough bread for family and friends.

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, reflecting my enduring passion for construction, infrastructure, and real estate.
