Prior to establishing her real estate business, Norka worked for a fortune 500 company as a Business Relationship Manager, a liaison for their highest producing accounts. While working in this role she learned the importance of establishing lifelong relationships and the power of over delivering to their clients.
Norka is a firm believer in using the tools and data available to her to best serve her clients. When working with buyers, she works tirelessly and takes the time to conduct the proper research to find the property that best suits their criteria. When working with sellers, her goal is to properly price the property given the current market environment. "I realize everyone's time is valuable therefore, I make every effort to do my due diligence and provide an accurate (not inflated) Price Analysis for the property". Norka has the innate ability to work through any obstacles that come her way to ensure her client's needs are met. "While we like to think that real estate transactions are simple, at times this is not the case. Emotions, stress and personalities may play a role in any given real estate transaction and it is my job to minimize stress the for my clients". Norka has Bachelor's degree in Business Management and is currently working on her Masters with a concentration in Marketing. Currently residing in Ashland, MA, She was raised in Framingham and is multilingual, fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Whenever she can, Norka loves to travel the world with her husband and 2 children, frequently to the Dominican Republic where she is originally from and has many extended family members.
